Product Description
The 10M Series unbalanced labyrinth control valve adoptsthe labyrinth cage and unbalanced trim design. The labyrinth sleeve is composedof cylindrical discs with many coaxially distributed labyrinths. According todifferent technological parameters of the media, different labyrinthspecifications and piling layers are designed to form the cage and the cagedivides the whole flow channel into several tiny circuitous or step flowchannels, forcing the fluids to continuously change the flow direction andflowing area and gradually reducing t he pressure of fluids, so as to preventthe occurrence of flash evaporation and cavitation and prolong the servicelife of the trim. The unbalancedsingle seat is adopted. The trim is suitable for service conditions under whichblocked flow will easily be produced and cavitation will be caused. Theunbalanced trim is suitable for applications of small sizes and high temperature.
